10A NCAC 13G .0509      FOOD SERVICE ORIENTATION

Family care home staff who prepare and serve food shall complete a food service orientation training that provides an overview of food service in adult care homes, including the preparation of therapeutic diets, established by the Department or an equivalent that contains at least the same information as required in the training approved by the Department within 30 days of hire.
